Authorities have identified the motorcyclist who died in a collision with a car over the weekend in Minneapolis.
Brandon J. Pearson, 31, of Golden Valley, was heading east on NE. Broadway near 3rd Street about 6 p.m. Sunday, when he collided with a car heading the other way, authorities said.
Pearson died that night at Hennepin County Medical Center. Police said Wednesday that Pearson was not wearing a helmet.
The car's driver was not hurt but was cooperating with the investigation, police said.
