Schedule out Wednesday
The 2019 NFL schedule will be released Wednesday (7-9 p.m., ESPN2 and NFL Network). About the Vikings' 16 games:
Six games: The Vikings will play the usual home-and-away series with their NFC North rivals, the Bears, Lions and Packers.
Eight games: The NFC North teams will play every team in the NFC East and AFC West. The Vikings will play the Eagles, Redskins, Broncos and Raiders at home and visit the Cowboys, Giants, Chargers and Chiefs.
Two games: The Vikings play the other two NFC teams that finished second last year like they did, getting the Falcons at home and the Seahawks on the road.
