The Zac Brown Band will be back at Mystic Lake on June 20. That's the group's third appearance at the Prior Lake casino in just over a year (they opened for Little Big Town in March 2009, then headlined there in June).
In January, the Zac Brown Band won the Grammy for best new artist, an award seldom bestowed upon a country act.
Does that explain the jump in ticket price? Top tickets for this summer's return engagement are $79 (the least expensive tickets are $69). Last June, all tickets for ZBB were $25 at Mystic. When the group played Northrop Auditorium (which is twice as big as the Mystic Showroom) in December, the top ticket was $40.
