"In the Heights: Chasing Broadway Dreams" (7 p.m., KTCA, Ch. 2) is, sadly, not a full production of the Tony-award winning musical -- but it's almost as good. Long live the king George Strait, who has won about a zillion awards, adds another notch to his Texas-sized belt when he's honored during "George Strait: ACM Artist of the Decade All Star Concert" (7 p.m., WCCO, Ch. 4). In addition to some shiny hardware, the King of Country will be serenaded by Martina McBride, Alan Jackson, LeAnn Rimes, Keith Urban and part-time cowboy Jamie Foxx.
