Setting the stage for next year's legislative debates on health care, members of the legislative Health Care Access Commission will meet at 10:30 a.m. Thursday to discuss the fate of MinnesotaCare and the impact of federal reform on Minnesota's health care system. The hearing is in Room 123 of the State Capitol.
