Apple TV will carry HBO's standalone streaming service HBO Now, the company said during an event to promote the Apple Watch on Monday.
"We are thrilled to be here this morning to announce our standalone streaming service hbo now and Apple is our exclusive partner," HBO chairman and CEO Richard Plepler said at the event.
Plepler added that the new product will be available in early April at a monthly price of $14.99.
