A Chisholm dental practice agreed to pay $45,000 after the state Department of Human Rights found probable cause to sustain charges that a dental assistant, Alisha Tomassini , was sexually harassed by dentist Steve Enich, who co-owns the practice with another dentist.

Tomassini told investigators she resigned from Chisholm Dental Service after her objections were ignored. On at least eight occasions within two years, Enich allegedly touched Tomassini inappropriately or made sexually charged statements such as "I'll show you mine if you show me yours," according to the settlement made public Monday. Enich denied wrongdoing but agreed to provide harassment training and implement a harassment policy. Read more about the charges and settlement here.
