Har Mar Superstar announced at the Lyn-Lake Street Festival yesterday that he's performing an "unannounced" show tonight at 7th Street Entry with another surprise guest, a graduation party for a friend also featuring Chibalo (with Travis Bos of Chariots and Song of Zarathustra). First Ave staff can't say who the other guest is, but Twitter tweets are saying it's a guy who's been announcing a lot of small gigs via Twitter of late, P.O.S. Doors are at 8 p.m., showtime will probably be 9:30 or so, and cover is $8.

Also, First Ave just released a few extra tickets to tonight's long sold-out Korn show. They might be gone by the time you read this, but check here. Won't that be something if some of the Korn fans cross over to the Entry in time to see Har Mar?

As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
