Hell's Kitchen is among the restaurants that have switched from OpenTable to Eveve.

Because Minnesotans apparently love standing in the cold and waving at stuff, the Holidazzle parade (6:30 p.m. Thu.-Sun. through Dec. 23) is a beloved winter tradition. Just a block off Nicollet Mall, the subterranean Hell's Kitchen is a solid place to warm up before or after (insert joke about hell being hot). Its daily 3-6 p.m. happy hour (Sundays till close) accommodates weekend parade-gazers with $2-$4 beers, $4.50 wines, $5.50 cocktails and $3-$6 grub.
