The Bears lead the Vikings 14-10 at halftime at Soldier Field. Wide receiver Brandon Marshall caught a 44-yard touchdown to give the Bears their first lead since Oct. 19.

The Good: The Vikings attempted their first fake punt since 2004 during the first quarter, and it led to their first offensive touchdown. Safety Andrew Sendejo had the longest play of the half with a 48-yard rush on the trick play, falling seven yards short of the end zone.

The Vikings offense scored on the next possession with rookie quarterback Teddy Bridgewater connecting with tight end Rhett Ellison for a touchdown. It was brilliant play design by special teams coordinator Mike Priefer, who was fired up on the sideline after the play.

Cornerback Xavier Rhodes also had his first career interception right before halftime.

The Bad: If feels like Bridgewater always finds himself in the "bad" category at halftime, but the rookie has put together another dull first half performance. Outside of the easy touchdown to Ellison, the pass offense has been stale against a bad Bears defense. He's 8 of 11 for 39 yards. There's a combination of issues going on, but it remains the same. The receivers aren't getting open and when they do, Bridgewater doesn't see them.

The Ugly: Another right defensive end has had an impressive performance against the Vikings due to another bad outing by left tackle Matt Kalil. Bears defensive end Jared Allen, who had 1.5 sacks entering Sunday's game, currently has a sack and two quarterback hits on Bridgewater.

Allen got around Kalil on second down for the Bears' only sack to kill the Vikings' two minute drill. It's no secret at this point, Kalil is having another really bad year.
