Two days after the unexpected death of his mother, Sabrina Scott, Everson Griffen is back practicing with the team this morning. We'll have more after practice on his status for Sunday's game at Washington, but it appears he'll play.

Griffen didn't practice Thursday after finding out the day before that his mother, who was visiting him in the Twin Cities, had died.

Meanwhile, Percy Harvin (hamstring), Jerome Simpson (lower leg/back) and Adrian Peterson (ankle) also were taking part in the light, non-padded workout.

The only players not participating are linebacker Marvin Mitchell (calf) and safety Mistral Raymond (ankle). Raymond, however, was running on the sideline. He's missed the past two games and won't play on Sunday.
