CHICAGO — Grain futures were mixed Thursday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Mar delivery was unchanged at $5.8950 a bushel; Mar corn was 2 cents higher at $3.84 a bushel; Dec oats were unchanged at $2.9525 a bushel; while Jan soybeans gained 3.25 cents at $10.0150 a bushel.
Beef mostly lower and pork mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
Feb live cattle was .25 cent lower at $1.6687 pound; Jan feeder cattle was .68 cent higher at 2.3550 a pound; Feb lean hogs lost .27 cents to $.8660 a pound.
