St. Paul's tiny airport Wednesday morning is seeing more than its fair share of governors.

Gov. Mark Dayton will be at the St. Paul Downtown Airport, also known as Holman Field, to start a statewide fly-around to promote his budget. And former Gov. Tim Pawlenty dropped by to head out for a political trip to Kansas City, Mo., and Little Rock, Ark.

Pawlenty was surprised to see a reporter and Dayton administration officials at the airport but said little.
