Cue the mournful mandolin music. Real estate deal gives wire service writer the chance to make a joke that's been old since 1974:

In case you have no idea what we're talking about, it's classic movie line #2 on the American Film Institute list of great quotes. Note how Brando seems to be addressing the other guy's right shoulder:
