Wiggins takes a bite out of Raptors

Wolves update: Andrew Wiggins had 24 points against the Thunder on Sunday and finished his season averaging 28 points against Oklahoma City in four games. Wiggins averages 21.6 points per game for his career against the Thunder. One of the few teams he has a better average against is Toronto. In eight career games, Wiggins, who is a native of Toronto, averages 24 points per game against the Raptors. He didn't play in the Wolves' 112-105 loss at Toronto on Oct. 24 because of a right quad bruise. … Karl-Anthony Towns rebounded from a 13-point performance against Miami with a 35-point game against the Thunder. The 14 free throws Towns took against the Thunder were the second most he has taken in any game this season.

Raptors update: The Raptors have nothing left to play for in the regular season. They are locked into the No. 2 seed in the Eastern Conference playoffs. The Raptors rank fifth in both offensive and defensive rating. … Forward Pascal Siakam is one of the front-runners as the league's most improved player. Siakam went from averaging 7.3 points per game to 17 this season. … Kawhi Leonard is averaging a career-high 26.7 points and is shooting nearly 50 percent from the field. Leonard is also averaging a career high 7.3 rebounds. … Since coming to Toronto in a trade from Memphis, Marc Gasol's shot attempts have gone down from 12.9 per game to 7.3.
