Bickerstaff since they fired former Wolves boss/coach Kevin McHale in November after a 4-7 start. …The Rockets beat the Wolves 107-104 at home in January and will play again at Target Center on April 11 in the season's next-to-last game. The Wolves have lost their past six games in Houston.

Players to watch: Signed two weeks ago after he spent this season playing in China, former Wolves forward Michael Beasley is the Rockets' second-leading scorer the past four games, averaging 19 minutes off the bench and 15 points on 54.2 percent shooting. He also has at least eight rebounds in three of his past four games.

Injuries: Wolves C Gorgui Dieng is listed as probable with a sore left hip injured in Wednesday's fourth quarter at Memphis. F Kevin Garnett (sore knee) and C Nikola Pekovic (sore ankle) are out. Rockets rookie F Sam Dekker is listed as out because of back soreness/tightness.
