Preview: Kevin Martin practiced fully Thursday with that lacerated pinkie finger he injured in Tuesday’s 112-97 victory at Utah and declared himself ready to play. “I’m good to go,” he said. “I’m not allowed to take any days off right now.” Backup guard Alexey Shved felt fine Thursday and could have practiced but didn’t because he’s waiting for a protective mask for his broken nose to arrive, coach Rick Adelman said. Adelman said he didn’t know whether Shved would play. …The Warriors haven’t played since losing to Indiana at home Monday. They’ve lost four of their past six after winning 10 consecutive games and 11 of 12 before that. … Golden State won the season’s first meeting, 106-93 at Target Center on Nov. 6.
