Preview: The Wild, which has won a franchise-record 10 consecutive road games, opens a three-game, regular-season-closing road trip against the team that eliminated them in the past two postseasons. The Wild is 6-2-4 in the second of back-to-backs this season. The Wild, 1-3 against the Blackhawks this season, is 3-7-1 in its past 11 regular-season visits to Chicago and 0-6 in the past two playoffs at Chicago. The Blackhawks have won four of their past five overall.

Players to watch: G Devan Dubnyk is 4-0-1 in the second of back-to-backs with a 1.17 goals-against average and .967 save percentage since being pulled Jan. 20 at Detroit. In the past three regular seasons and playoffs, Bryan Bickell leads the Blackhawks with 14 goals against the Wild. C Jonathan Toews has 25 points in 26 games against the Wild and RW Marian Hossa has 13 goals and 25 points in 31 games against Minnesota. G Corey Crawford is 7-4-2 all-time against the Wild with a 2.29 GAA and .920 save percentage.

Numbers: In the past 10 games, the Blackhawks power play ranks 27th in the NHL (12.5 percent) and penalty kill ranks 29th (69.6 percent). … The Wild is 7-6-1 in its past 14 games against Chicago with seven of those games being decided by one goal and four going to a shootout.

Injuries: Wild LW Jason Zucker (collarbone), LW Matt Cooke (sports hernia) and LW Nino Niederreiter (foot) are questionable. D Keith Ballard (concussion) is out. Blackhawks RW Patrick Kane (collarbone) is out. D Kimmo Timonen (undisclosed) and LW Joakim Nordstrom (undisclosed) are day-to-day.
