Preview: The Wild, coming off a 2-1-1 road trip, returns home for one game. Zach Parise ended a six-game goal-less drought by scoring three times in a game for the second time this season. The Flyers, who have the second-worst offense in the NHL at 2.19 goals per game, are 0-4-1 in their past five road games but beat the Wild 5-2 in St. Paul last season. Overall, the Wild is 6-10-1 all-time vs. the Flyers, 3-3-1 in Minnesota.

Players to watch: Since Dec. 1, G Devan Dubnyk has posted a 1.83 goals-against average and .940 save percentage, ranking fourth and tied for third, respectively, among NHL goalies with at least five starts in that span. Parise leads the Wild with 37 points in 43 games against the Flyers. D Shayne Gostisbehere leads NHL rookie blue-liners with seven goals and 16 points. C Claude Giroux leads with 12 goals and 29 points.

Numbers: The Wild is 18-3-2 when scoring first and 14-0-1 when leading after the second period. … The Flyers recently gave up six power-play goals on 12 chances during a recent 0-3 road trip.

Dealing: The Flyers on Wednesday traded C Vincent Lecavalier and D Luke Schenn to Los Angeles for C Jordan Weal and a third-round draft pick.

Injuries: Wild C Mikko Koivu (undisclosed), D Nate Prosser (hand) and RW Ryan Carter (hand) are questionable and G Darcy Kuemper (concussion) is out.
