Preview: The Eastern Conference-leading Pacers returned from All-Star break with Tuesday's 108-98 home victory over Atlanta before they were scheduled to fly to Minneapolis for Wednesday's game. They have the NBA's best home record at 26-3 and are 15-9 on the road. … Blossoming Pacers superstar Paul George and starting center Roy Hibbert played in Sunday's NBA All-Star Game and coach Frank Vogel coached the East team in New Orleans. … The Pacers can sweep the two-game season series with a victory Wednesday. They won the first game 98-84 on Nov. 25 in Indianapolis. The Pacers have won four of the past five meetings between the teams. … The Pacers are outscoring their opponents by 8.2 points a game, the NBA's biggest scoring differential. They've allowed 90.3 points per game and 41.1 opponent field-goal shooting percentage, both best in the league, too.

Players to watch: George was named the East's Player of the Month for November and has twice won the award this season. He scored a career-high 43 points against Portland in December and is averaging 22.2 points, 6.4 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 1.8 steals. The Pacers selected him 10th overall out of Fresno State in the same 2010 draft in which the Wolves took Wes Johnson fourth overall. … Pacers guard Lance Stephenson leads the NBA in triple-doubles with four this season. He is averaging 14.1 points, 7.3 rebounds and 5.1 assists a game while shooting 50.2 percent from the field.

Injuries: Wolves C Nikola Pekovic (ankle bursitis) and G Kevin Martin (fractured thumb) are listed as out. The Pacers report no injuries.
