Preview: The NASL spring season champions will take on the fourth-place finishers in the second game of the NASL fall season.

United FC at a glance: United opened the season with a 3-0 victory over the Fort Lauderdale Strikers on Saturday. Forwards Daniel Mendes and Christian Ramirez as well as midfielder Miguel Ibarra netted goals for United. Minnesota held Carolina to a scoreless draw in the teams' spring season meeting on May 25.

Carolina RailHawks at a glance: The RailHawks dropped their fall season opener 2-1 at home to Indy Eleven on Saturday. Midfielder Enzo Martinez scored first for Carolina, but when defender Austen King earned a red card, the 10-men RailHawks gave up second-half goals to forward Ben Spencer and midfielder Don Smart. It was Indy's first league victory and Carolina's first home loss in nearly two years.
