PLAYER MATCHUP OF THE WEEK

Bears RB Matt Forte vs. Eagles LBs Stewart Bradley, Omar Gaither and Brodrick Bunkley. Forte, a talented rookie, ranks fourth in the league in rushing. Bradley leads an outstanding young linebacking corps on the NFL's top-ranked run defense. If Bradley, Gaither and Bunkley, who have a combined five years of NFL experience, can shut down Forte, the Bears will be crushed.

COACHING MATCHUP OF THE WEEK

Cardinals coach Ken Whisenhunt vs. Jets coach Eric Mangini. The loser is really going to question himself. Mangini is 1-2 with Brett Favre as the crown jewel of an expensive overhaul. If the Cards lose, Whisenhunt will be grilled about staying on the East Coast after last week's loss at Washington. Players have been busing to practice, 45 minutes to an hour each way.
HEROES OF THE WEEK

Brandon Marshall, WR, Broncos; Jay Cutler, QB, Broncos. No unit in the league is more confident than Denver's offense. The Broncos have 114 points; Cutler has eight TD passes; and Marshall has 24 receptions. The Chiefs have 12 consecutive losses.
FANTASY PICKS
Longshots and sleepers. Darren McFadden is hobbled for Oakland, so expect Michael Bush to get 20 touches. ... Domenik Hixon likely will replace suspended Plaxico Burress in the Giants' Week 5 starting lineup. ... Look for big things out of the usually small-time Jacksonville and Buffalo passing games Sunday. ... And finally, we need to point out that Seattle WR Michael Bumpus scored last week. No, he's not really a sleeper, but we have been looking for a way to get "Bumpus" in the paper for years. (Chris Carr)
