Rodney Williams had only three points against Indiana State after a career-high 18 against DePaul. ... Andre Hollins is now 7-for-13 on three-pointers for the season after sinking four of five against Indiana State. ... The Gophers were scheduled to spend part of their off day Saturday at Disney World.

Dayton update: The Flyers (4-1) advanced with a 56-49 victory Friday over Fairfield, which kept the Gophers from playing Fairfield for a second time in less than two weeks. They also knocked off Wake Forest earlier in the tournament. Dayton plays in the Atlantic 10 and won 22 games a season ago in reaching the NIT. ... Senior guard Paul Williams leads the team in scoring at 12.6 ppg, but four players average double figures. ... The Flyers should offer the Gophers' shaky three-point defense another good test. They've hoisted 119 threes (about 24 per game) and are making them at about a 36 percent clip. Williams is 14-for-27 (51.9 percent) on threes.
