Fox Sports North announced Wednesday's Wolves/Nuggets game was the highest-rated Wolves game on FSN in the history of the network. The game Wednesday had a 7.5 rating in the Minneapolis/St. Paul market — topping the previous high of 6.5, which came on April 14, 2004, in a 107-90 victory over Memphis, which was the final game of the last season in which the Wolves made the playoffs.
I'm not saying the Wild has to win Game 2 against Winnipeg (6:30 p.m., FSN), but NHL teams all-time are 311-49 winning series after being up 2 games to 0.
"This is a risk-free move on the part of the Gophers. Really, a no-brainer. If Lindsay Whalen succeeds in the W-L column, it will be an absolute home run."

"That injury has been underplayed. Mbah a Moute is a super versatile defender and has turned himself into a decent shooter. Will mean lots of minutes for Tucker and Johnson at the 4."
