SARASOTA, FLA. -- After having a six-game winning streak snapped Thursday against Tampa Bay, the Twins will face Baltimore tonight at Ed Smith Stadium.

Brian Roberts, who has been out with a back injury, returns to second base tonight for the Orioles, and their lineup looks so much better with him on top. Scott Baker, who has a 0.64 ERA, will get a good test here in his fifth spring start.

Jacque Jones gets another start for the Twins, this time at DH, as they take on talented young righthander Chris Tillman.

Update: The Twins announced that Joe Nathan's elbow surgery today was a success. Dr. David Altcheck, the Mets team physician, removed a tendon from Nathan's left wrist and inserted it into his right elbow, repairing the ulnar collateral ligament. This is commonly known as Tommy John surgery.

Also, Manager Ron Gardenhire said he met with Pat Neshek today. The tentative plan, if Neshek keeps feeling good, is to have the righthander pitch tonight, Sunday and then in back-to-back days next week. If all goes well, Neshek could break camp with the team.
