Here's Percy Harvin's stat line from Sunday's 34-10 win over Arizona: one catch for 11 yards, one carry for 12 yards. Yet Harvin will receive a game ball for his under-the-radar contributions to the Vikings' first win of 2011, most notably for his blocking efforts that helped Adrian Peterson to a 122-yard, three-touchdown day.

"Adrian had a great day," head coach Leslie Frazier said. "But some of those runs wouldn't have occurred without Percy. And it doesn't show up in the stat sheet. But you're talking about being an unselfish player. And he's a star player. But he's going in there and he's taking out linebackers, taking out safeties. … He never complains. When you watch him block, you're saying, 'Man, is he a wide receiver or is he an offensive lineman?' He did such a great job for us."

Frazier was most pleased with Harvin's team-first mentality, a message the Vikings coaches have been trying to get their players to buy into.

"He really epitomized in a lot of ways when we say, 'Do what's best for the team,'" Frazier said. "And that's what we talked about Saturday night. We have to forget about personal stats. It's 'I've got to do whatever I got to do to help our football team win. I can't get caught up in how many catches I have, how many interceptions do I get, how many sacks. It's team. Team. He epitomized that the way he played Sunday."
