Gophers recruit Taylor Cammarata, of course, is one of the seven players on the UHSL's all-rookie team. Cammarata, a forward for the Waterloo Black Hawks, was named the rookie of the year earlier.

* defenseman Nick Seeler of the Des Moines Buccaneers ... Traded in midseason from Muskegon Lumberjacks to Des Moines. ... Had four goals, 28 points. Age 18. Fifth round pick of Wild (131st overall) in 2011 NHL draft. ... Committed to Nebraska Omaha.

* defenseman Eddie Wittchow of the Waterloo Black Hawks ... 6-4, 200-pound University of Wisconsin  recruit. ... Wittchow is 19 and from Burnsville. ... Had five goals 18 points, plus-22. .... Florida Panthers took him in sixth round of 2011 NHL draft.

*  forward Taylor Cammarata of the Waterloo Black Hawks. ... He was sixth in the USHL in scoring with 27 goals and 69 points in 60 regular-season games. He had eight goals and 16 points in 15 postseason games as the Black Hawks advanced to the Clark Cup finals before losing. ...
