As food trucks line streets in downtown Minneapolis on weekday lunch hours, the city council in Baxter, Minn. is considering how to deal with a potential onslaught of them, too, the Brainerd Dispatch reports.

After a local restaurant bought a truck, it raised questions among council members about what to do if food truck businesses from out of town want to park in the city. The council is wrestling with questions about how to handle the issue without hurting established tax-paying restaurants in town.
