How's the for an exclusive sale? No ticket, no admittance to the MSP International airport sidewalk sale. I doubt they're checking your ticket if you're shopping at Creative Kidstuff or The Body Shop, so if you think you can get through security w/o a ticket, go for it.

Minneapolis-St. Paul travelers who take wing between Oct. 18 – Oct. 22 will discover big savings at more than 30 airport retailers during MSP's 2nd Annual Soaring Savings Sidewalk Sale, including stores such as Brookstone, Creative Kidstuff, The Body Shop and Spirit of the Red Horse. Participating shops will have tables outside their stores.
Below are just a few examples of the deals you will find, according to MAC:

30 to 50 percent off a variety of brand-name, high-end merchandise including handbags, cosmetics, fragrances and jewelry at the World Passage Store. Brands include Guess, Fossil, Estee Lauder and Clinque. Located at the entrance to Concourse G, near Checkpoint 6.

50 percent off a variety of popular books at Simply Books in the Airport Mall.

Deals on electronics and accessories at InMotion in the Airport Mall

Many retailers offer shipping, so you can buy all you want and ship what you can't carry. For a list of participating stores, go to shopsatmsp.com/page/1/Save.jsp.

After browsing MSP's savings selections, on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons, spend some time listening to several student groups from McNally Smith College of Music – courtesy of a partnership between the college and the MSP Arts and Culture Program.

(Note: All participating retailers are inside the secure area at Terminal 1-Lindbergh. Only travelers with a boarding pass are allowed to enter the secure area.)
