Fitness pointers from a pro

More than 100 children recently got some pointers on speed, agility and nutrition from a pro — former Vikings linebacker E.J. Henderson.

EJ Henderson and his team from Youth Pro Fitness and Nutrition (YoPro) are coming to Brooklyn Park to teach the city kids nutritional tips. More than 100 children recently got some pointers on speed, agility and nutrition from a pro — former Vikings linebacker E.J. Henderson. He and the Brooklyn Park Police Department's Police Athletic League teamed up to teach children fitness fundamentals. Henderson and his team from Youth Pro Fitness and Nutrition (YoPro) guided children age 7-13 through a series of exercise circuits and games at Northview Junior High.
