Event to aid reward for missing Oakdale woman

March 17, 2013 at 2:18AM

A fundraiser with a raffle, silent auction and bake sale will add to a reward fund for Danielle Jelinek, the 27-year-old Oakdale woman who has been missing since Dec. 9.

The fundraiser is 3 to 7 p.m. Saturday at the Dog House Bar & Grill, 2029 Woodlynn Av. in Maplewood. Admission that includes beer is $20; it's $10 for admission only. Kids under age 12 are admitted free. Music will be provided and a variety of beverages and food items will be on sale.

The Chisago County Sheriff's Office and Crime Stoppers of Minnesota have already set up a $1,000 reward for information leading to the person or persons responsible for Jelinek's disappearance. Anyone with information is asked to call 651-257-4100.

Donations also are accepted at Think Mutual Bank, 400 N. Robert St., St. Paul, MN 55101, in care of the Jelinek Family Benefit Fund.

Jelinek was an avid runner, and her family is planning a road race in her honor in June at Colby Lake Park in Woodbury.
