We are prepared for your visit. Fishing continues to be pretty good in Otter Tail County. On Otter Tail, fish are caught shallow in the morning and evening. You'll find Walleye in 18 to 24 feet of water during the day. Crawlers, leeches and redtails are baits of choice this time of the year.
Sunfish and bass are still very active in the area lakes. Crappies are begriming to come back from post spawn in 10 to 15 feet of water.
Water temps are varying from 65 to 68 degrees, but warm up this week will increase temps - good for fishermen and us swimmers!
