TARGET FIELD

Serves 1.

Note: Served at Hrbek's at the Twins' new ballpark in a plastic cup. We've dressed it up in a martini glass.

• 3/4 oz. (41/2 tsp.) Malibu rum

• 3/4 oz. (41/2 tsp.) Midori (melon liqueur)

• 1/2 oz. (3 tsp.) banana liquor

• Dash of Sweet-N-Sour

• Dash of pineapple juice

Directions

Combine rum and liqueurs. Add a dash of Sweet-N-Sour and pineapple juice. Shake with ice. Strain out the ice and serve.
