hey're close to casting the girl with the dragon tattoo for the movie "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo." It will probably be no one you recognize:
The book ha some harrowing, grim moments, so it's wise they chose David Fincher - director of that happy-go-lucky family film, "Se7en" - to bring it to the screen. I just finished the book yesterday, and despite a slow start and the feeling it had been translated by someone without a particularly commanding grasp of idiomatic English, it was a damned fine read.
The hero, by the way, will be played by Daniel Craig, on the right. Good choice.
