Albums that only recently showed up on iTunes and were never available in CD stores for less than $15, the Rolling Stones' 1960s catalog suddenly (and surprisingly) became available this month on the bargain-basement indie outlet eMusic.com. For the site's standard 40 songs/$9.99 monthly fee, one could download the classic discs "Beggars Banquet," "Let It Bleed" and "Aftermath" and still have room for choice cuts from "Between the Buttons" and "Their Satanic Majesties Request" -- including the little-known Stones gem "2,000 Man" from the latter disc. Meanwhile, iTunes is shilling for the band's latest live album -- records that you can always later find in the cut-out bins. But in the case of "Shine a Light," the soundtrack to their Imax concert film, rock fans of all ages should get their ya-yas out with a spirited version of the "Exile on Main Street" nugget "Loving Cup," delivered with Mick's and Keith's Rolling Stone cover partner, Jack White.
