The lesson begins in the classroom, with an overview provided by experienced shooters and naturalists. Bring your camera for some hands-on practice in the field. Attend a short presentation on Minnesota's state mushroom before heading outdoors to scout for this wild edible. If enough morels are found, the group will get to sauté and sample the harvest.
