The Hotel Sofitel Minneapolis recently re-tooled its Colette Bar & Bistro (5601 W. 78th St., Bloomington, 952-835-1900, www.sofitel.com), and the changes are worth a peek. Chef Mark Crane is offering a nightly dinner deal: "Taste of Paris," a four-course meal (served on a single plate, bento box-style) that includes an appetizer, salad, entree and dessert, with two or three choices in each category.
