There's a lawsuit over the use of the JibJab style, says Coldhardflash. But it gets weirder: the video embedded on the coldhardflash site is the full commercial, including the jibjabby logo. When you go the youtube page where the commercial resides, the last five seconds, with the logo, have been removed.
