The single lane construction that was to have been lifted at 6 a.m. is still in place on northbound 169 in Eden Prairie and Bloomington.

That's creating delays of up to 15 minutes from Old Shakopee Road to 494.

Elsewhere, you'll find ligher than normal levels of traffic due to the Thanksgiving holiday. There is some minor congestion on 35W southbound from County Road 10 to Hwy. 280.

And there is some slowing on southbound 169 from 94 to 394.

Look for a disabled vehicle on the exit ramp from southbound 35E at County Road 42 in Burnsville.
