NORTH MANKATO, Minn. — Taylor Corp. founder Glen Taylor is turning over his role as CEO to his niece, Deb Taylor.

The graphics communications company made the announcement Tuesday. Glen Taylor says his niece has demonstrated a practical approach to leadership consistent with the company's principles since joining the privately-held Taylor Corp. more than four years ago.

Glen Taylor is majority owner of the Minnesota Timberwolves and bought the Minneapolis-based Star Tribune last year. Taylor also served in the Minnesota Senate from 1981 to 1990. He will remain chairman of the board at the Taylor Corp.
