Anatoly Dobrynin, 90, the Soviet ambassador to Washington from 1962 to 1986 whose diplomacy was credited by many historians with helping to resolve the Cuban missile crisis, has died, the Kremlin announced. He served six Soviet leaders and worked with six U.S. presidents. NEW YORK TIMES
