Dean wants raise info from Minneapolis Public Schools

Corey Mitchell reports on the MPLS blog that House Majority Leader Matt Dean is requesting a range of information from the Minneapolis Public Schools about their decision to give retroactive raises to administrators.
House GOP caucus spokeswoman Jodi Boyne said, "We want to make sure this money is being spent on education."
Interest groups spent less slightly money lobbying state government in 2015 than in the previous year, according to a report released Wednesday by the Minnesota Campaign Finance and Public Disclosure Board.
U.S. Sen. Amy Klobuchar criticized the sharp price hikes for EpiPens, the emergency drug injectors for severe allergic reactions, saying Wednesday that it's "outrageous" that manufacturer Mylan is making money off of those who have few alternatives.
