A deadly head-on crash soon after sunrise is being reported Tuesday west of the Twin Cities metro, authorities said.
The wreck occurred east of Hutchinson shortly after 5:50 a.m. along Hwy. 22/7, according to the State Patrol.
The patrol has yet to say how many people were killed or explain the circumstances leading up to the crash.
