Gov. Mark Dayton will present merit awards Tuesday evening to two Lakeville police officers who were at the scene of a car accident in 2010 that involved an intern in the governor's campaign. Officers Michelle Roberts and Jeff Hanson responded to an August 2010 accident involving Chelsea Skog, who at the time was an intern in Dayton's campaign. The awards, part of city's "Chief's Award of Merit" ceremony, will be presented at Lakeville city hall.
