BUCKETS AND TAP SHOES
Friday-next Sunday: Brothers Rick and Andy Ausland (pictured) of Buckets and Tap Shoes delve into their dream journals and idea-filled notebooks to create a show (with co-creator Tony Braasch) with a surrealist flair featuring 20 performers. "Dreams" combines percussive dancing with contemporary and hip-hop choreography and also introduces a bit of the future into the furiously funky mix. Expect electronic buckets and tap shoes with computer sensors, all pulled together by live music that never fails to find the groove. (8 p.m. Fri-Sat., 7 p.m. next Sun. $28. Cowles Center, 528 Hennepin Av. S., Mpls. 612-206-3600 or www.thecowlescenter.org.)
