AUG. 19

DWI. An adult was arrested for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test, driving without headlights and fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle near the intersection of W. 153rd Street and Galaxie Avenue.

AUG. 23

Drug activity. An adult was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on the 15000 block of Glazier Avenue.

AUG. 24

Kidnapping. An adult was arrested for kidnapping, false imprisonment and domestic assault on the 6500 block of W. 158th Street.

BURNSVILLE

AUG. 21

Motor vehicle registration violation. A 45-year-old Burnsville woman was arrested for attempting to escape the motor vehicle tax on the 100 block Civic Center Parkway.

AUG. 22

Disorderly conduct. A 25-year-old Minneapolis man and 42-year-old Holly, Mich., man were arrested for disorderly conduct on the 14200 block of Nicollet Avenue S.

Theft. A 19-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for theft, criminal property damage and underage alcohol consumption on the 12900 block of Aldrich Avenue S.

AUG. 24

Order for protection violation. A 27-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for violating an order for protection near the intersection of W. Hwy. 13 and Washburn Avenue S.

AUG. 25

DWI. A 32-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for DWI on the 15400 block of Buck Hill Road.

Drug activity. A 36-year-old Robbinsdale man was arrested for possession of 25 grams or more of narcotics and for giving false information to police; a 29-year-old Bloomington woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, and a 49-year-old Savage woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license near the intersection of County Road 5 and Williams Drive.

EAGAN

AUG. 30

Theft. An man was arrested for shoplifting clothes and shoes valued at $310 and possessing theft tools at Kohl's, 1350 Town Centre Drive.

SEPT. 1

Drug activity. A man was arrested for possession of oxycodone pills and DWI after a traffic stop near the intersection of Cliff Road and Lexington Avenue.

Motor vehicle theft. A snowmobile and trailer were reported stolen on the 3900 block of Riverton Avenue. A lock cut off the trailer was taken into evidence.

Theft. A woman was arrested for shoplifting, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and on a Dakota County warrant at Wal-Mart, 1360 Town Centre Drive.

SEPT. 2

Theft. A set of diamond earrings valued at $800 were reported stolen on the 1600 block of River Bluff Court.

SEPT. 3

Theft from motor vehicle. A laptop computer and debit card were reported stolen from a vehicle on the 3900 block of Valley View Drive N. The debit card was used at two stores.

FARMINGTON

AUG. 23

Order for protection violation. An adult was arrested for violating an order for protection on the 5400 block of W. 183rd Street.

AUG. 26

Criminal property damage. An adult was arrested for criminal property damage on the 19500 block of Municipal Drive.

AUG. 28

DWI. An adult was arrested for DWI on the 100 block of Elm Street.

Drug activity. A juvenile was arrested for possession of marijuana on the 100 block of Elm Street.

ROSEMOUNT

AUG. 19

Assault. A 36-year-old Rosemount man was arrested for domestic assault, terroristic threats and interfering with a 911 call on the 13900 block of Autumn Court.

AUG. 21

Criminal sexual conduct. A 20-year-old Nagaunee, Mich., man was arrested for criminal sexual conduct on the 13800 block of Robert Trail S.

AUG. 25

Underage alcohol consumption. Nine 19- and 20-year-olds from Apple Valley, Blaine, Rosemount, Farmington and Lakeville were arrested for underage alcohol consumption and a 23-year-old Rosemount man was arrested for violating the social host ordinance on the 2800 block of W. 146th Street.

AUG. 27

Drug activity. A 19-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and underage alcohol consumption and an 18-year-old Rosemount man was arrested for underage alcohol consumption on the 14500 block of Cimarron Avenue W.
