SEPT. 12

Theft. A 30-year-old Plymouth woman was arrested for theft, disorderly conduct and selling controlled substances on the 1700 block of W. County Road 42.

SEPT. 14

DWI. A 47-year-old Burnsville woman was arrested for DWI and refusing to submit to a chemical test near the intersection of Portland Avenue S. and E. County Road 42.

Order for protection violation. A 45-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested for violating a restraining order.

SEPT. 15

Assault. A 21-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for assault and interfering with a 911 call.

SEPT. 18

DWI. A 27-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for DWI, failure to drive in a single lane and having no proof of insurance.

Theft. A 21-year-old Minneapolis woman and 24-year-old Robbinsdale woman were arrested for theft and possession of shoplifting gear.

SEPT. 18

Fraud. A male suspect bought an iPad with a fraudulent traveler's check for $800 at Best Buy, 1235 Town Centre Drive. The man reportedly did the same thing in Eden Prairie, and tried to do so in Maplewood.

SEPT. 19

Theft from vehicle. A DeWalt radio, sunglasses and change were reported stolen after the passenger door lock cylinder was pried open on a vehicle in the 3100 block of Alden Pond Lane.

Theft from vehicle. Three vehicles were broken into in the parking lot of Prime Therapeutics, 1305 Corporate Center Drive. Evidence was taken and police are retrieving video of the incident.

Motor vehicle theft. A 1994 Acura Integra was reported stolen from the lot at Ecolab Inc., 940 Lone Oak Road.

Theft. A ground blind and game camera were reported stolen from a bow hunting stand on the Lost Spur golf course property, 2750 Hwy. 13.

Theft from vehicle. The attempted theft of items from a car was reported at Buffets Inc., 2655 Eagan Woods Drive. The lug nuts on all four wheels were loose and a jack was left under the vehicle. The suspects left items behind that are linked to another motor vehicle theft.

SEPT. 20

Theft. An Xbox game and $25 in change was reported stolen from a room at the Days Inn, 4510 Erin Drive.

SEPT. 23

Theft from vehicle. Both license plates were reported stolen from a black GMC Sierra pickup truck in the parking lot at Colonial Village, 1919 Silver Bell Road.

Found property. A .22-caliber Ruger rifle was found sticking up out of the mud at Peridot Path Park, 1790 Turquoise Trail.

SEPT. 24

Theft. Pallets valued at $540 were reported stolen from behind a building at North Star International Inc., 1060 Lone Oak Road.

Theft. A custom-made utility trailer valued at $1,000 was reported stolen in the 1900 block of Glen Echo Bay.

SEPT. 25

Animal control. A full-grown black bear was reportedly seen in Meadowlands Park, 4380 Beaver Dam Road. Police located some possible bear scat on a trail in the park.

SEPT. 7

DWI. An adult was arrested for DWI near the intersection of W. 190th Street and Cedar Avenue.

DWI. An adult was arrested for DWI near the intersection of W. 127th Street and Cedar Avenue.

Assault. An adult was arrested for assault on the 6500 block of W. 168th Street.

SEPT. 9

Assault. An adult was arrested for assault on the 9900 block of W. 192nd Street.

Assault. Charges are pending in a case of assault of a police officer in the 17100 block of Kenyon Avenue.

SEPT. 12

Drug activity. Charges are pending in a case of possession of methamphetamine near the intersection of Romeo Drive and Shakespeare Boulevard.

SEPT. 16

DWI. An adult was arrested for refusal to submit to a chemical test on the 17700 block of Kenyon Avenue.

SEPT. 17

Theft. Charges are pending in the theft of items valued at more than $1,000 on the 21100 block of Cedar Avenue.

Criminal sexual conduct. A case of criminal sexual conduct was reported in the 5600 block of W. 173rd Street.

SEPT. 17

DWI. A 33-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested for DWI near the intersection of W. 160th Street and Robert Trail S.

SEPT. 18

Drug activity. A Rosemount woman, 32, was arrested for selling legend drugs on the 1500 block of Chippendale Avenue.

SEPT. 20

Theft. A Newport man, 45, was arrested for theft in the 2900 block of W. 160th Street.

SEPT. 22

Theft. A 43-year-old Rosemount man was arrested for theft on the 14500 block of Dodd Boulevard.

Criminal property damage. A 25-year-old Rosemount woman was arrested for criminal property damage on the 3500 block of W. 149th Street.
