A 30-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for theft, possession of shoplifting gear and driving without a valid license, and a 42-year-old Burnsville woman was arrested for providing false information to police after a traffic stop for failure to obey a traffic control device at Target, 810 County Road 42 W.
Theft. A 36-year-old Willmar, Minn., man was arrested for theft and fleeing a police officer on the 13900 block of Aldrich Avenue S.
