Drug activity. A 24-year-old Lakeville man was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and a 24-year-old Prior Lake woman was arrested for possession of marijuana near the intersection of Burnsville Parkway and Irving Avenue S.

Theft. A man and three juveniles were arrested for theft of about $1,100 worth of merchandise from PAC Sun, 3965 Eagan Outlets Pkwy.

DWI. A man was arrested for DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test after officers responded to complaints of poor driving conduct and speeding near the intersection of Cliff Road and I-35E.

Theft. A rigid drill mixer and toolbox with miscellaneous brick tools, valued at $1,550, were reported stolen from a job-site trailer in the 1300 block of Jurdy Road.
Fraud. A man was arrested for check forgery and a Dakota County warrant, and a woman was arrested for check forgery and possession of controlled substances near the intersection of I-35E and Yankee Doodle Road.
