• Justin Hayward of the Moody Blues will perform at 8 p.m. Sept. 4 on the main stage. Tickets are $78, $53 and $40. Hayward wrote many of the group's classic tunes, including "Nights in White Satin," "Tuesday Afternoon," "Question" and "The Voice."

• "One Man Breaking Bad: The Unauthorized Parody" at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 21 on the main stage. Tickets are $30. Los Angeles actor Miles Allen has performed his one-man show at comedy festivals in Australia and Britain. Through impersonations of characters from the TV show "Breaking Bad," he breaks down the show's five seasons into one parody. The show features adult language and content; parental guidance is suggested.

• Twintastic, Oct. 22-25 and 29-31 and Nov. 1 (Black Box Theater). Tickets are $29. Twins Anthony and Eddie Edwards use costumes and singing to embody Barbra Streisand, Cher, Bette Midler, Billy Joel, Ray Charles, Neil Diamond, Elton John and other musicians.

LAKEVILLE

Sip wine and paint sailboats

The Lakeville Area Arts Center's Wine & Designs workshop this week is "watercolor sailboats."

The event is from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the center, 20965 Holyoke Av. Cost is $36, which includes supplies and two glasses of wine.

Apple Valley

Shakespeare in the park continues

Uponor Shakespeare Under the Stars continues this Sunday, Aug. 16, and two more weekends in August.

The performances of "Twelfth Night" by Apple Valley Live! Theatre Co. begin at 7 p.m. at Kelley Park, 6855 Fortino St. The remaining shows are set for Aug. 21-23 and 28-30.

The event is co-hosted by the Apple Valley Arts Foundation and the city.

HASTINGS

Summer concerts at LeDuc Estate

Guitarist Ron Haugen will perform Sunday evening on the lawn of the LeDuc Historic Estate, 1629 Vermillion St., as part of the summer concert series.

Next Sunday, Aug. 23, Val Johnson will lead the Fungi's, featuring harmonica and banjo. On Aug. 30, Dunquin, led by Sherry and Don Ladig and featuring Irish tunes, will perform.

All shows start at 6:30 p.m. Pie, ice cream and coffee will be available to purchase. Tours of the estate can be purchased before the concerts.

In case of bad weather, the shows will move to Our Savior's Lutheran Church, 409 9th St. W.

Baskets made of yarn and cord

The Minnesota Textile Center will offer a class on "Tiny Coiled Baskets" starting at 6 p.m. Monday at the Pleasant Hill Library, 1629 S. Frontage Road.
